About Dance Développé
Who Are We?
Dance Développé is a student-led program founded in 2022 that offers free ballet instruction to underserved children in the Bay Area. Our program teaches children ages 5 to 9 the fundamentals of ballet and prepares students for formal ballet education. Through weekly classes, students build musicality, increase coordination, strengthen their core, and improve fine muscle movements.
Our Mission
Our mission is to nurture, inspire, and teach young underserved children to pursue their love of ballet.
Dance Développé is dedicated to providing every student with a rewarding journey of discovering, understanding, and performing ballet. Their experience in Développé will be cherished for a lifetime, creating positive impacts in their lives
